Consent to Personal Data Processing

I hereby consent to the processing of my personal data by members of the PX Group to the following extent: 

  • E-mail address, IP address (from which the web form is sent),
  • Name, surname, phone number, company, job title, social media addresses (if also provided)

The data controller is the Prague Stock Exchange (ID No.: 47115629; hereinafter “PSE”).

The data controller may share personal data with other members of the PX Group, who will be entitled to process it for the same purpose and under the same conditions as stated in this consent. The PX Group includes the following companies: Burza cenných papírů Praha, a. s. (Prague Stock Exchange) Company ID: 47115629), Centrální depozitář cenných papírů, a. s. (Central Securities Depository) Company ID: 25081489), and POWER EXCHANGE CENTRAL AUROPE, a. s. Company ID: 27865444). In connection with the use of Microsoft Office 365 cloud services by PX Group members, personal data may be processed using resources located in the United States of America.

The purpose of processing personal data is:

  • distribution of marketing and business communication containing the controller’s offering of services; 
  • distribution of invitations to events organised by the controller or third parties;
  • conducting market research and assessment;

Members of the PX Group may send you their offers and information according to the defined purpose via e-mail, phone, text message, mail and websites.

This consent is provided for a period of ten years.

Your consent is voluntary and you can revoke it at any time by following the steps described on the Data Privacy page. For the avoidance of doubt, the consent and any future change or revocation thereof shall be retained by the controller for the purpose of legitimate interest over the period of the validity of the consent and 10 years after its expiry.

The website above will also provide you with instructions on how to exercise your rights arising from the processing of personal data (right of access, right to rectification, right to deletion, right to restrict processing, right to data portability) and other important information concerning our processing of your personal data.
