Information about PSEAC
The Prague Stock Exchange Arbitration Court (PSEAC) is a permanent arbitration court operating at the Prague Stock Exchange (BCPP ).
The PSEAC is empowered to adjudicate if its jurisdiction arises for a given dispute
- From a valid arbitration agreement between the parties, or
- The parties' written submissions in the pending arbitration, which show an unquestionable willingness to submit to the jurisdiction of the BRS.
The PSEAC is established at the BCPP , which holds a licence from the Czech National Bank to operate a regulated market for investment instruments and as such is entitled to establish a permanent arbitration court pursuant to Section 54 of Act No. 254/2004 Coll., on Capital Market Business.
The Permanent Court of Arbitration at the BCPP was established in accordance with Section 13 of Act No. 216/1994 Coll., on Arbitration and Enforcement of Arbitral Awards.
