Ukončení obchodování s emisí PFNONWOVENS

S účinností od 12. 3. 2021 dojde k vyřazení emise akcií PFNONWOVENS, ISIN LU0275164910 z obchodování na trhu Prime Market. Důvodem je rozhodnutí valné hromady emitenta o nuceném přechodu akcií na hlavního akcionáře (vytěsnění akcionářů). Burza proto uvedenou emisi akcií vyřadí z obchodování. Posledním obchodním dnem bude 11. 3. 2021. Bližší informace vztahující se k procesu nuceného přechodu akcií a výplatě protiplnění byly uveřejněny na internetových stránkách emitenta.
