Termination of trading with issue O2 C.R.

With effect from 25th February 2022, the issue of shares O2 C.R., ISIN CZ0009093209 will be excluded from trading on the Prime Market due to the completion of squeeze-out procedure. The last trading day will be on 24th February 2022. At the end of the last trading day, all obligations of market-makers with respect to this issue will be also automatically ceased.
