Pozastavení a ukončení obchodování s emisí STOCK

Dne 25. 11. 2021 rozhodla burza o podmíněném pozastavení obchodování a následném vyloučení emise STOCK, GB00BF5SDZ96 z obchodování na trhu Free Market. Obě opatření jsou podmíněna tím, že příslušný soud schválí transakci, v jejímž rámci dojde k převzetí emitenta Stock Spirits Group PLC a souvisejícímu ukončení obchodování s emisí na trhu organizovaném London Stock Exchange. V případě naplnění odkládací podmínky spočívající v účinnosti schválení transakce bude obchodování s emisí pozastaveno s účinností od 29. 11. 2021 a emise bude vyloučena s účinností od 30. 11. 2021.
