With the effect from 12. 3. 2021, the issue of shares PFNONWOVENS, ISIN LU0275164910 will be excluded from trading on the Prime Market. The reason of exclusion is a decision made by a general meeting of the issuer on squeeze-out. Last trading day will be on 11. 3. 2021. Further information related to the squeeze-out and to a payment of compensation to minority shareholders has been published on the issuer´s webpage.
