S účinností od 1. 12. 2022 přechází členství Raiffeisen Centrobank AG na přebírající společnost Raiffeisen Bank International AG. Převzetí členství na pražské burze je součástí procesu organizačních změn v holdingu Raiffeisen. RBI přebírá všechny závazky a povinnosti Centrobanky beze změny.
