Moneta to pay out gross dividend of CZK11.50 per share

Prague, April 21 (CTK) - The annual general meeting of Moneta Money Bank has approved that the bank will pay shareholders a dividend of CZK11.50 per share before tax, representing 90 percent of the bank's consolidated net profit for last year, bank spokeswoman Tereza Rysanova told CTK.

Last year, Moneta shareholders approved the payment of a gross dividend of CZK10 per share in the spring, followed by an additional special gross dividend of CZK4 per share in the autumn. The dividend was paid out of the bank's retained earnings.

Moneta shareholders registered with the Central Securities Depository as of April 27, 2026, will be entitled to the dividend. The bank will pay the dividend electronically on May 15.

The general meeting also approved the bank's separate and consolidated financial statements for last year and adopted a change in the remuneration policy for members of the supervisory board and the audit committee, as well as approving the report on the remuneration of members of the board of directors and the supervisory board for 2025.

Moneta's shares on the Prague Stock Exchange (BCPP) rose by 0.4 percent to CZK199.20 after 12:15. Moneta Money Bank is one of the largest companies traded on the BCPP.

Moneta Money Bank's net profit rose by 11.9 percent year-on-year to CZK6.5bn last year.

The bank's largest shareholder is the PPF financial group.
