Kofola at PSE

The trading of the shares of Kofola ČeskoSlovensko a.s. (KOFOLA ČS, ISIN CZ0009000121) supported by the market making activity started today. The shares are traded on the Prime Market of the Prague Stock Exchange and the market makers are:

Fio banka, a.s.
J & T BANKA, a.s.
WOOD & Company Financial Services, a.s.

Based on the offering price CZK 510 per share, the market capitalization of the issue is CZK 11.37 bn. Česká spořitelna, a.s. is the issue manager.

The allotment of 1.5m shares of the offering includes 275thnd new shares from a share capital increase and 1.225m existing shares. The maximum quote spread for market making activities was set by PSE at CZK 20 and the minimum quote size (lot) is 1200pcs.
