DOORNITE a.s. share subscription now open

DOORNITE a.s., which has announced its intention to list its shares on the Prague Stock Exchange, has received notification that its securities prospectus has been approved by the market regulator, the Czech National Bank. On the basis of this notification, the issuer may now launch the initial public offering (IPO) of its shares.

The approved prospectus, together with other documents relating to the public offering, is published on the issuer's website in the investor section: https://doornite.cz/pro-investory/.

The public offering will take place from 5 October (10:00) to 19 October (12:00) 2026. During this period, an electronic order book will be available to investors, in which they can place their demand for the company's shares. Investors can submit their orders through exchange members. During the first week, the order book will not be public; it will be published on the exchange website on 12 October 2026 at 10:00.
