Court approves reorganisation plan of Czech Airlines

Another condition for the plan's approval was the agreement of all five groups of creditors, who approved it at their meeting last week. The plan's approval is essential for saving the airline, said Smartwings. CSA has been insolvent since last March and the court subsequently allowed its reorganisation.
