On 31 July 2023, the General Meeting of the issuer WOOD SPAC One a.s. approved the merger with Footshop s.r.o. As a result of this transformation, the following changes are made to the details of the issue WOOD SPAC ONE, CZ0009011474 and its issuer with effect from 1st August 2023:
