New issue on PSE

SAB Finance has been admitted to the Standard Market of the Prague Stock Exchange, trading will start on 28th January 2021.

The stock exchange decided, on the issuer's request, to accept SAB Finance shares on the Standard Market, which is part of the regulated market of the Prague Stock Exchange. Trading with the issue with the ISIN CZ0009009940 will start on 28th January 2021. The issue ticker, i.e., the name under which SAB Finance appears in the Xetra trading system, will be SABFG.

Trading will start at price of CZK10,560, which is the price at which the shares are offered in a public offering.
