NESTLE, ISIN CH0038863350 – suspension of trading

The Prague Stock Exchange (PSE) is on the list of recognized foreign trading venues pursuant to the Federal Council Ordinance of 30 November 2018. PSE is therefore entitled to admit to trading on the Free Market shares issued by the companies with a registered seat in Switzerland that are also admitted to trading on a regulated market organizes in Switzerland, specifically shares NESTLE, ISIN CH0038863350. The publicly available resources and documents indicate a high probability of non-prolongation of so-called equivalence regime for trading venues organized in Switzerland that is currently valid until 30. 6. 2019. In relation to this situation, PSE will be delisted from the above-mentioned list of recognized foreign trading venues pursuant to the Federal Council Ordinance of 30 November 2018.
We would like to inform trading members about the fact that PSE will suspend trading with shares NESTLE, ISIN CH0038863350 on the Free Market with effect from 1st July 2019 until the moment that legal barriers for trading with respective issue will be ceased.
