Admission of issue PHOTON ENERGY on the Standard Market

With effect from 5. 1. 2021, the issue PHOTON ENERGY, ISIN NL0010391108 will be transferred from the Free Market to the Standard Market that is a segment of the regulated market organized by the Prague Stock Exchange. The admission of issue on the Standard Market is based on an application submitted by the issuer. The issue will continue to be traded in a continuous trading regime, but its trading and issuer’s obligations will be governed by the conditions for the Standard Market from the above-mentioned date.
