The IPO of Mark2 Corporation Investment SE (M2C) has started.

The IPO of Mark2 Corporation Investment SE (M2C) has started. It takes place between 10:00 on 2 June and 12:00 on 16 June. M2C is offering investors a 20% stake in a public share offering worth between CZK 200 million and CZK 240 million. In the first week, the order book will be non-public, and on 9 June it will be published on the stock exchange website. The first trading day on the Start Market will be 20 June 2025.
