Suspension and termination of trading with STOCK share issue

On 25th November 2021, the Prague Stock Exchange has decided on suspension of trading and subsequent exclusion of the issue STOCK, GB00BF5SDZ96 from trading on the Free Market. Both measures are conditional on the effectiveness of competent court approval of the takeover transaction of Stock Spirits Group PLC and related termination of trading with the issue on the London Stock Exchange’s market. If the condition precedent consisting in the court approval of the transaction is met, trading with the issue will be suspended with effect from 29th November 2021 and the issue will be excluded from trading with the effect from 30th November 2021.
