Issue of green bonds issued by the company GEVORKYAN, a.s.
Trading with the issue of green bonds GEVORKYAN 7,11/29, ISIN CZ0000002159 maturing in 2029 on the Regulated Market of the Prague Stock Exchange will commence on 12th Mach 2024. The issue is admitted to trading in the amount of EUR 22,500,000 with the possibility of increasing up to EUR 30,000,000 and will be also traded on the market of the Bratislava Stock Exchange. The bonds are so-called green bonds issued in accordance with the ICMA Bond Principles 2021 and are the first issue of this kind to be traded on the Prague Stock Exchange.
