Expected termination of trading with issue CETV

On 6th October 2020, the issuer CENTRAL EUROPEAN MEDIA ENTERPRISES LTD. announced that all required regulatory approvals needed to close the previously announced merger of this company with PPF Group subsidiaries have been received. The shares CETV, ISIN BMG200452024 admitted to trading on the Prime Market will cease to exist and will be converted into the right to received USD 4.58 in cash as result of this transaction. The regulatory announcement states, inter alia, that the completion of transaction is expected to occur on 13th October 2020. Based on the above-mentioned facts, the Prague Stock Exchange will suspend trading with issue CETV, ISIN BMG200452024 on the Prime Market from the beginning of trading on 9th October 2020 and if the expected closing date of the merger is not postponed, trading with this issue will be terminated on 13th October 2020.
