Exchange Shareholders – the biggest shareholder is Wiener Börse AG, Wallnerstrasse 8, P.O. Box 192, A 1014 Vienna that caries 92,739% of shares. General Meeting is the supreme body of the Exchange.




Supervisory Board
Members The Supervisory Board consists of six members elected by the General Meeting and oversights the excercise of the authority vested in the Exchange Chamber and performance of the Exchange operations.
